Mercedes-Benz Sl 65 AMG
This high-performance coupé is a motorsport engineering thoroughbred, with an AMG-fettled 6,0 litre V12 biturbo engine developing 493 kW and no less than 1 000 N.m of torque. This powerplant is capable of propelling this überBenz from zero to 100 km/h in 3,9 seconds and onto healthy top speed of 320 km/h.
Mercedes is only producing 350 units of the SL65 AMG Series, of which just 14 will find their way across to South Africa. Four of these units have already been sold at a price of R3,9 million – if you wish to order one now, you can expect to pay around R4,2 million.
